working out is so much easier when you’re enjoying the music you’re listening to while doing it so I thought i’d share my FOB workout!
HUGE NOTE: you can skip any step/cut it short/go easier. its about having fun-if one of the steps isn’t your forte don’t worry about it!
RUNNING (or jogging/biking/walking/any cardio you like): pick your top 4-8 FOB songs and jog/run to them (some good suggestions are Phoenix, MSKWYDITD, Saturday, Centuries, Sugar We’re Going Down, Alone Together, etc…)
LEGS AND BUTTS ON FIREEEE: (do while listening to my songs know)
on the woaahhhooohhhs: wall-sits
on the chorus: lunges
on the verses and brides: squats
ABS FOR CENTURIES: (do while listening to centuries)
on the chorus: bicycle sit-ups (don’t forget to point your toes and go slow)
on the da da da da: ab reaches/V-ups
on the verses and bridge: regular sit-ups (bring your chest straight up, don’t go all the way up to your knees)
ARMS TO PUT SNITCHES IN STICHES AND WALKERS: (obvi listen to snitches and talkers)
on the chorus: plank (also helps your tummy muscles!!)
on the oh oh ohs/when pete screams: one armed plank
on the verses and bridge: push ups
KEEP IT FUN AND BE SAFE AND YOU’RE GONNA LOOK EVEN HOTTER THAN YOU DO NOW (which is already nearly impossible)
